No New Posts Sacred Ruins

Around the middle section of the cave tunnels, there's evidence of early humans that once inhabited in the Cave. Humans that's made their home here, performed ceremony rituals, and buried the dead here in certain caverns. Stores of old food, hand made pottery, and tools can be found scattered all over the place. Go into the wrong cavern, and you'll be in among the dried out mummified bodies, and bones, and the permanent lingering dried rotten flesh stink. If you really want to hide from others, this is usually a good place to do it, the predators don't usually care for the smell of dead human. Indians will come back once in a while to these tunnels to perform rituals, and still bury their dead.

No New Posts Gobo Lake

In the far reaches of the cave, is Gobo Lake, a great place to relax, and get a drink if you're skilled enough to squeeze through the crevices, and to climb up and down the ledges to get there. You'll know you're there when you see a small light coming from the foot wide crack from way up high in the cavern during the day light hours. The light that shines through the crack shimmers on the lake water, revealing the schools of fish the swim placidly in the waters. Not many wander clear back here, except for the brave, and adventurous. Cougars do make their way to the back here, trying to get an easy meal by catching fish, so be careful and keep your wits about in the darkness.

Board Description
Doozer Cave Tunnels
The product of limestone dissolved by rainwater and ground water charged with carbonic acid, created vast tunnels that vine through the base of the mountains with many access points from high above or below the sides of the mountains to get in. There are formations filling alot of the space that is called Doozer structures. These are actually very nutritional minerals that many creatures come to nibble off of, from spring through the autumn to help prepare for the hard winter months. These caves are home to what most individuals say are in their creepy crawly nightmares. Bats, cave insects, spiders, and salamanders, make up a part of the in habitants of the tunnels. Bigger animals such as cougars, Big Horn Sheep, and Mountain Goats will take refuge in the caves from bad weather. Way back in the cave, is an underground lake filled with fish, and drinkable water for the thirsty cave ambler. Through out the cave tunnels, there is evidence of humans using the tunnels eons ago. Cave paintings, and petroglyphs, mark the cave walls, and in some tunnels way back hardly accessible, contain human burial sites, and evidence of religious ceremonies the humans performed. Now and then humans come back to use the cave for shelter, and perform their ceremonies.
